Okay so its been awhile since my last post. It is certainly not due to a lack of materials, just lack of motivation, sorry. I will admit that I have a big flaw, I know you are shocked but here goes, my big flaw is that when things get real busy/crazy my brain shuts down, can't function. Instead of just plowing through, I tend to bury my head in the sand and wait it out. Not the best coping method but it is mine and it is, by my own admission, flawed. So...not that you cared or really even wanted to know that- you might ask what was the point of that? Well here goes...it's because a lot has been going on, nothing serious I assure you and not much of which I will bore you with, but just enough to make my brain hide in the sand.
In an attempt to bring my head out of the sand here is a few of the best parts of this last month: Mckenna can't get enough bike riding in, only Mckenna being the first child that she is, has never really figured out how to entertain herself. She gets real bored riding up and down the sidewalk by herself or with Luke running after her so she has enlisted Dad to ride with her. But as you can see, not just Dad but Luke too. On the account that Luke's bike has no seat (don't ask me how that happened, I don't really have a clue, and he is just plain slow when it did have a seat) he gets/ wants to ride with Dad, so here is what we came up with. We realize that we aren't the best advocates for bike safety but hey they all have fun, and we didn't wear helmets and junk when we did this growing up and we are just fine! (subjective I know)
